30 mins of exercise and stretching 5 x a week

Right, I need to knock off about 10kgs…focusing in the weight doesn’t seem to be helping so I am going to see if I can trick myself into doing to exercise and not thinking about the weight! Genius I reckon…but we will see.

Exercise will be made up of –
Daily yoga stretching
Alternate between swimming and jogs
Pilates and squash thrown in for some variety
