I made it to my goal 2 years ago

My goal was five days and I did it. I wanted to make it as long as i could (as in, longer than five days) but my body was backfiring with some severe heartburn and acid reflux, that was not letting up. i also hated the mix so i was gagging it down or just drinking water instead which was putting me into starvation mode. Another thing that really freaked me out was that my heart rate was going crazy, resting it was 108! If i even went up three stairs it would start beating so fast and hard i thought i was going to have a heart attack. All of that aside, I really recommend trying the master cleanse, especially if you like the lemonade, then you will do just fine. It’s a very spiritual thing to take control of your body and empowering to stop doing something like eating since it is something that we all do from birth on a very regular basis. It is very surprising at how being on the cleanse makes one want to eat the most healthy enriching foods, like now, all i want to do is cook with fresh ingredients. So anyway, to each his own. The main advise I can give, is to listen to your body. If you are on the cleanse and you feel fine but just want to eat stick it out!!!! it will be worth it!

Day 5, this is becoming very challenging. I’m put off of all of the liquids I have to drink, which isn’t helping, but also, I am experiencing nasty heartburn and acid reflux, does anyone know what to do about it? It is unbearable at times. I told myself that my goal was to make it for five days, but I would really like to make it to 7, 10 or even 14, so that I can reap the benefits that this cleanse has to offer.

I started a class on Tagalog, although I am sure it will take me a while to speak fluently so I won’t be crossing it off my list until then.
