Just wrote a blog post on the problems with multitasking (www.learningfundamentals.com.au). I am aiming to blog every week…so far so good. Going strong!
My life has been completely crazy this year. It has been ‘go go go!’ with hardly any time for me to stop and relax. I have decided it’s time to change my lifestyle (to slow down) because there is no point in living a crazy, driven miserable life.
I am going to start by journaling and exercising every day and booking a massage.
