I’ve seen them 3 times. All in Florida. The best show was at the Sunrise Musical Theater. Smaller venue than most so more intimate. Maynard was blue and wore nothing but a loin cloth type thing. I love love love Tool. I’ve also seen APC twice. I’m glad I got to see the original lineup…Paz, James Iha, etc…another great show.

Can’t remember the year, but it was Lollapalooza in Miami (Bayfront). They were the last band to play. So loud, so powerful and full of energy! And their lights lit up the entire city! Amazing. I’ll never forget it.

...for a living and I loved it. I stopped because my partner bailed on me and the business and it was just too hard to keep it all going by myself.
Now I’m ready to start again. A friend is letting me revise his web site so I can get up to speed and I just got Dreamweaver/Fireworks8 and Flash. I’m psyched. It’s all coming back to me and I’m remembering how much I love it. Yay!

So I didn’t do it yesterday…I still had 3 left in my pack…but I’m doing it TODAY, for sure. :-)

...when I first started driving. The first few times a friend tried to teach me, I failed miserably. Then one day my roommate was leaving town for a few days and leaving her car. Mine was in the shop and she said, “You can use mine, but you have to learn how to drive it!” So I took it to an empty parking lot across the street (I new the basics) and just practiced until I could do it! It was so empowering.

And it’s fun!
I’m learning new techniques, which can be frustrating at first, because sometimes the right way is not always the easiest way,
and building up my strenghth for a more powerful bow.
I’m attending my first tournament in July! Can’t wait!

...is on my ankle. It started out as a small chinese symbol for love (I know…so cliche, but I was young!) and then several years later, I had an artist, who was recommended by a friend, do a freehand design over it. I had an allergic reaction to the red ink and my ankle blew up like a balloon, scabbed over and took many weeks to fully heal. I’m very unhappy with the design and very embarassed to expose my ankle. It’s been about 5 years now, and I’m so ready to change it. Now, I’m just trying to figure out what to put there, instead.

I’ve been ignoring this for too long and I just have to start. I’m not getting any younger and I really really really want to buy a home.

But I haven’t used it enough to see any big difference between it and ie. There are a few sites that I’ve run into that aren’t compatible with it, but other than that, it’s cool and has some nice features.

I don’t practice what I preach. I have all these ideals in my head…the way I want to live my life. Who I want to be. But I can’t seem to make the commitments to myself.

I started out because a guy I was dating was really into it and I wanted to join him. I grew to love it and now we are on the verge of breaking up and I want to “own it”. I want to learn how to enjoy it without him.
There’s a sporting goods store just around the corner from me and they have practice lanes. I guess that would be a start.
It’s just so hard to think about doing it by myself without him. Ya know?
