I recently swam with nurse sharks and stink rays at SharkRay Alley off the coast of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. I got to hold a nurse shark (as big as me) in a headlock whilst others looked on. Quiet an experience! They skin of the shark feels like a basketball, not slimey as expected.

I did my first sprint triathlon in 1hr 38mins 9secs if I remember correctly, at Blenheim, Oxford, UK.
Next one is the London triathlon where I hope to break 1 hr 30mins.
Eventually I want to do 1hr 25mins.
