Im 16 and Im tired of being so skinny and tiny! I want to fill out with some healthy weight and keep it in shape. And that’s what I plan on doing. Im switching to a 3,250 calorie diet becaus of my fast metabolism and am going to eat 6 smalls meals a day and start excerizing. =] Wish me luck!
