And so, I think any girl or guy who’s the age of 20 or under and over the age of 14 should have no problem getting down and dirty. Honestly, while private schooler’s may find it a bit harder to get in the groove due to stricter policies, us public school darlin’s know how to do it since middle school. I’ve been dancing like this since seventh grade and prom is the end of this month and I’ve only gotten better. Grinding is simple. Its all about chemistry and feeling the beat. Its easier to grind with someone you’re attracted to then someone you don’t know at all. Girls basically control the situation. Let yourself loose, give into the music and just move to the bass.

Well, as I learn on how to get around the fact that I am not of Asian descent, i’ve come to a new term Furisode-san. Furisode itself is a type of kimono with very long, swinging sleeves that young women wore.
They’re like Geisha—Actually, more like Maiko, which are apprentice Geisha. I would feel that a Kimono-san would be on the same lines of an actual Geisha.
Still, I found someone in St. Louis who has contacted me regarding a post I made on a BBS for ImmortalGeisha.com and we’re now starting to write back and forth about the possibility. She, herself, calls herself a Kimono-san and I would become her “little sister” or her prodigee, be titled a furisode-san and learn from her and go to classes. She said she lives in an Okiya and around her there aren’t many tea houses but many japanese restaurants, and one with an actual tatami room.
A Tatami room is an empty room given its name from the large rice “Tatami” mats on the floor. It’s where tea ceremonies and other events are held.
I wonder that if I go and become a Furisode-san and both Matsuko and I become the two Kimono-san and Furisode-san in the area that we could possibly give rise to more people. Maybe some young girls will see me and think, “She’s so pretty! I want to be just like her!”
She said there is a Kimono Dealer and they have classes for free. I’m not sure on what. Dance? Tea? Putting on the Make-up? Putting on a Kimono? I have no idea, but still, this is the start of a big possibility!
