I am just starting to learn that loving yourself first is actually one of the most selfless things you can do for the people around you and the universe..finding happiness for yourself is the greatest gift and living as your higher self…I have to always remember that…worry, fear, anxiety..it doesn’t mean anything…happiness doesn’t just fall from the sky or is a stroke of luck..it is something you need to work hard at…and be vigilant with…be vigilant with you own happiness..it’s your responsibility to find it and keep it

today i was not terrible but not great, have to remember life goal every time I am going to take that extra bite or eat something I know I shouldn’t….is it worth it…take 30 seconds and really try to figure that out before blowing another day…
It is sad to me that losing 25 pounds would be on the top of my life list. Not skydiving or living in France or playing a musical instrument…no, just losing 25 pounds..AND I have been wanting to lose 25 pounds for about 25 years…well not really…and I still haven’t done it YET, which leads me to wonder…do I really want it? Does the desire for losing weight “outweigh” that moment when I am standing in the kitchen with a donut (mcdonalds, ice cream, sushi, burritos, fill in the blank). So I thought after reading the NYT article this weekend, that if I put it in a real life list, I would be more motivated…anyone out there who has lost weight, I would love your feedback or inspiration…
