the good news is that I lost 25 lbs, the first 10%. The bad news is that I’m stuck there and still need to lose almost another 25 to be in onederland. Realistically I’m not going to make it by the end of the summer. But I am determined to make it before 2009.

I lost the first 10%, but have stayed at the same weight now for a couple of months. Time to get moving and do the next 10%. That’s 22.5 lbs – call it 23. My goal is to do it by early November.

I don’t want a fantasy cruise. No, I want the old fashioned QEII or even better, titanic cruise (without the iceberg of course!) I see it as a chance to slow down and have the experience of taking time to travel where even the process of travel is an experience, not just a destination.
