Spent the night in the Ice Hotel just outside of Quebec City on February 15, 2008. Totally amazing experience! We had a great evening in the N’ice Bar leading up to going to bed. It did take some effort to get all snug in the sleeping bags. Once we were tucked in and ready to go to sleep the bed and room were awesome. I had a great night’s sleep all toasty warm in my sleeping bag. Every so often I poked my head out to enjoy the refreshing cold air on my face.

9 down! Once this goal is accomplished we plan to tackle the Missions of the Baja Peninsula.

After two picnic-less summers, we managed to pack the picnic basket a few times this summer!!
