I got my blood work back last week. Everything looks good except my doctor was concerned about my hemoglobin. It was lower than normal…..something like 8.6 and it should be around 12 plus or minus. He says I have to lose some weight and exercise at least 3 times a week. I wonder if this is standard for everybody. Every year during my physical, I always dread going through it and worrying about how healthy I am. My blood pressure and colesterol are good, thyroid good, no enlarge heart or high protein. Thanks God for good genes.

I have to write about myself. I never know what to reveal and what not to reveal so I usually blow it there. It has to be 3 pages, double space lines. I have no clue on what I want to write. I seem really well prepared through all of this, yeah right. But I’m steadfast and determine to complete this sucker today, right now, as soon as possible…...well maybe tomorrow I’ll finish it…..no, I going to do it right now. Thanks!
