I seem to have falling back into a lot of my old habits of putting myself down and I can’t seem to shake them. It’s been hard to get myself back on track but I’m not going to give up. I just wish I can gain the confidence I need and stay that way.

Bouncing around the idea of building my v6, swapping in a 5.4l v8, or a 5.0l v8 into my 2002 mustang. Or just finding a fox body to build up.
So to kick this goal off I’ve started walking at least once a week after classes. It’s great because it clears my head and I can go off the trail and walk along side the river (big outdoorsman type)! Also can feel my legs gaining more strength. So far I feel great and I’m hoping to get outside as much as I can this time around. Have a great day y’all, stay active!
