i got a tattoo that represents the native american creation myth called turtle island. the tattoo is a tribal turtle, surrounded by a halfcircle of waves on the bottom, and a half circle of trees on the top, representing the ocean from which the turtle emerged, and the land which was formed on his back!

i lived in the woods for about a month at the beginning of the 2006 summer, and had a great time until the bears came. Now i live in a tipi in the woods, no bear problems, and i absolutely love it!
