So with the above weighing heavily on our hearts and we are unable to stop father time, we decided to foster to adopt.

There are plenty of children who are in the system. Especially, older children that need guidance and a family before they age out of the system. So, we have decided that we would foster to adopt a 13 year old boy. We have 3 home studies to go through and hopefully get him in the home as soon as possible. wish us luck!

I was born a catholic and raised as so. However, the masses never really spoke to me. The priests, so soft spoken, usually lose me during the first few words of their sermons. The same passages read year after year.
I recently jumped ship. I was invited to attend a christian church. Wow, what a difference that made in my life. I actually pay attention to the whole sermon. The music is so up beat and people really love it. I have begun reading my bible and praying more.
I think God really doesnt care what church you attend as long as you go and hear his word and believe in him and his son jesus. I am not knocking catholicism by any means because I feel that these two religions are very much the same. I just feel that the way that this church conducts their mass is what i needed to hear the lord. My attention is focused on his word.

Amen I say to you brothers and sisters, sometimes you gotta jump ship to get where you need to be with God. bon voyage!

Daylight bestows upon my eyes the beauty of the earth
It warms and comforts me during its lovely light
