I’m on a AAA ice hockey team and we do workouts after each session( practice/game). Well, today our coach said we were going to run 2 miles. You could see everyones face in disgust as he said it. Even though I am quite athletic, I still had trouble accomplishing this. I completed the 2 miles in 14:47! Even though I was bending over gasping for a breath, it was all worth it. :)
