How I did it: cold turkey...when I wanted to smoke I just didn't and time would pass and eventually I would do somthing that would make me forget about the smoke.I guess my vice is pot anyway.. I still smoke that but I'm planning on saving my lungs from that too... I haven’t had a smoke since i set up these 43 things..
The only times I nearly said fuck it and had a smoke were in situations where I figured it would make me look cool infront of other people anyway… what a stupid reason to kill youself..

When I have my own bag it’s really fuckin hard to just smoke it once a day or less. I’ts the first thing on my mind in the morning when i wake up…
But I like having my own bag because when I do deserve a smoke out why should i rely on somebody else to balze me up.
First my lips got dry… so I licked them…. then they got dryer so i licked them more and more until they started to crack and peel then I started biting at the flaps of peeling lips until they were hard square and scabby with a big split down the middle.
That was a year ago… i realised that I need a chapstick with me everyday to keep my lips moisturized and off my mind. and now i have nice lips.. the middle of my top lip is still healing though.. it almost seems like it’ll never some back :(
