I have lost 8 pounds. I feel much better and my clothes are fitting better. I have been counting calories and exercising and it hasn’t been too bad. My husband and I are also eating way more healthy, so that’s good.
I’m trying to think of this as a permanent thing and not just a “diet”.

this is going pretty well. I have been exercising every day, eating well, and avoiding caffeine.
Now I just have to work on getting enough sleep every night and I’ll be golden.

I have lost 3 pounds already. I can’t believe it!
And I am eating a reasonable amount of calories and exercising.
