How I did it: I went to Chapters and bought a notebook. And then I wrote in it. I didn't set any rules, I just said that I should write whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. It worked! I've never been able to keep up journals where I required myself to write one entry a day, or something, because then if I didn't I felt like I failed. How I did it: Instead of just going to bed whenever I felt like, I thought about what I had to do the next day and what time I needed to get up. So then if I had to get up at 6:30, I would say to myself I have to be in bed between 10:30 and 12. That way I still got my minimum of 6 hours sleep.
