After eight months I’m still going to the gym three times a week and really enjoying it. I’m certainly feeling fitter and stronger than I have in 20 years. But I’m only now starting to learn more about nutrition and calories and how many minutes I need to spend on the treadmill to pay for a fried breakfast.
