How I did it: I am much more free now that I know that I can just go out and enjoy people's company. I used to feel limited; I guess I was a little anxious about how people would perceive me. I guess I wasn't sure about how I perceived myself, in the first place.When I moved to the States, I somewhat became another person, stronger and proud.Now I go, and I mix and I have a good time. My MBA made it clear how much I enjoy doing finance, accounting and marketing. However, I’ve also become aware that I need an artistic component in my life. And if possible, I’d like to have it in my job.
So I think I’ll go to corporate finance/business, and I’ll do my best to pick a company that operates in the arts field: a museum, an opera, a fashion designer.
Maybe I’ll work on the promotion of young artists’ work. Independent filmmakers for instance. Yeah. That’d be a good life!
