I just finished reading it this evening. I looove it. I love it. I’ve cried so many times. It’s a tearjerker, of course. Anyway, I was curious if there will be a movie version and googled it. There is. It’s coming this fall and I’m afraid to watch it even just the trailer. Somehow, I don’t want it to be tainted. The last romantic movie that I watched was Winter’s Tale with Colin Farrell. He was great. So while I was reading the book, Colin Farrell was on my default mode and pictured him playing the part of the lead role.
(Few Minutes after watching the trailer…) James Marsden plays Dawson Cole, who is also great. I’m down with that.
I don’t remember who it was but it was somebody’s goal to Participate in Postcrossing. I didn’t know what Postcrossing was at that time so I checked it out and I liked it. And so, I signed up for postcrossing and it’s my second go-to website after 43T. I’ve sent 192 and received 194 postcards so far. I’ve been collecting postcards since then especially now that postcards are not that popular anymore and they are hard to find unless you buy them online. So thank you 43T for introducing Postcrossing to me.
“Dogs are wise. They crawl away into a quiet corner and lick their wounds and do not rejoin the world until they are whole once more.” ~
“The only way to have a friend is to be one.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
When I started 43T, I went cold turkey on any form of communication with my friends including my best friend since the year of forever. 43T became somewhat my comfort zone, my cocoon. Writing entries, reading other entries on similar issues, and comments helped me search my feelings and realized I wasn’t being fair. I’ve matured. Well, not really… maybe a little. But since then, I resolved my friendship with my bestie, stepped out of my bubble, gave friendship another go, and met new friends both here in 43T and there beyond 43T.
Just like most of the 43T-ers, if not all, I joined because of the obvious reason that I like to list things/goals. It helps me to visualize what I needed to do and motivates me to accomplish them just like most of you guys. But 43Things became more than just listing “things”. At first, I was hesitant to socialize. I thought I’m just here to set goals. Then, I started reading other’s lists and cheering them and they cheered back. What a wonderful site! A place where people support each other to accomplish their goals. I wasn’t expecting a cheering squad and join the squad but hey why not. Since then, I was hooked.
Before landing at La Guardia Airport I left this note and stuck it in the magazine in the plane. I took a photo of the note, folded it into a paperplane, and meant to add the goal but I forgot. Oh well. I wrote down #69 quote from my “collect 1000 quotes that inspires me”. I hope that the same quote will inspire someone.

“I love you (very much)”
Thank you Ranger.
He wrote This is using “timi” instead of “tapaai” (the equivalent of Spanish “tu” instead of “usted”), and in Nepali, all the r’s are tapped like in the Italian, “Maria”.
Seni Cok Seviyorum – I love you very much.
Thank you hhannah
