I started experiencing tooth sensitivity after 2nd day, so I took a break.
Anyway, I like this Advanced Seal better than the basic kit. The strips have a tight grip on your teeth. They don’t slip.

I like this verse. I think is comforting and very reassuring:
Chap 21:45 – “There failed not ought of any good thing which the Lord had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.”
Deuteronomy 7:7”The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor chose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people.”It feels good to be different.
“You can be as mad as a mad dog at the way things went, you can curse the fates, but when it comes to the end, you have to let go.”
― Eric Roth, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button screenplay
(I wish I could tell this very line to a family member of mine. But I know that he will never let the words peacefully pierce through him, even to save his life.)
“Our lives are defined by opportunities, even the ones we miss.”

“So what gets us into the most trouble spiritually? If we are honest with ourselves, the answer will always come up vanity!”

“Our scientific age demands that we provide definitions, measurements, and statistics in order to be taken seriously. Yet most of the important things in life cannot be precisely defined or measured. Can we define or measure love, beauty, friendship, or decency, for example?”

“Normal is not something to aspire to, it’s something to get away from.”

“To make a friend, give them your friendship. They will reciprocate.”

I had his book for years now and I just happened to find it while looking for another. I just wanted to share his thoughts…
“It’s never too late to make a friend.
Your mother was right… if you can count your true friends on one hand, you’re a lucky person.
Some of our best memories come from our friends.
The real joy of friendship is when you give.
To make a friend, give them your friendship. They will reciprocate.
Treasure your friends.”
We’ve known since high school but it was about four years ago when we became acquainted. We talked about music and that’s how our friendship really started.
I haven’t expressed my appreciation of his friendship. Maybe it’s time to let him know.
We’ve been friends for almost two years now and I thought I wrote an entry about her. Actually, I did but it was under the “Compliments Journal”-goal. So shame on me since we’ve been friends since the day we’ve met. I’m a bit older than her and yet she seems very protective of me.
I was transferred to another department few months ago. My last day with her I wanted her to know what a goodhearted, special person she is and that, being her friend means a lot to me. Even though we see each other every day, I miss her company. We make sure that we go out for lunch at least once a month just to reconnect.
...most clerks in stores have been very tired, stressed-out, and very tired from buyers like me. I asked them how they were doing and told them that they’ll be home soon in no time. Sometimes, just acknowledging them that they’re not just there to scan my items and talk to them even for just a second, makes them feel better and hang in there for a few more minutes till they go home. Also, it helps to give them sincere compliments on things that they’re wearing, ie. watches, earrings, or nail polishes. It’s nice seeing them smile.
