My heart melts whenever I see this picture; this is my (now-gone) puppy Lexie, with my (also now-gone) kitty Cielo.
For me, being a vegetarian isn’t about the animals or mad cow; it’s about being healthy, not just in the body but in the mind too. I was a vegetarian for a while, but it’s hard when your family is not, so I’ve kinda drifted away. As soon as I move out, I’ll be a vegetarian again.
So, today I floated the river with my friends for the first time. It was exhausting, but so so so much fun. Next week we’re floating again dressed as pirates XD
It was New Years Eve, and a couple of friends came over to watch all three of these great movies. It was fun to do, and I’ll do it again (I think it’ll be our NYE tradition), but it’s soooo draining to watch them back-to-back-to-back. I did it again in DC. ^^’ Lattes and Wild Cherry Pepsi are my friends when watching this XD
I invited friends over and I showed them how to make their own sushi. When we all made our rolls, I brought out the fresh-made miso soup and gyoza. They all loved it, they want me to host another one. I love cooking, it’s like a drug for me.
My dad taught and helped me build my home PC; it was a great experience for me to bond with my dad and learn about computers. It was such a great feeling.
I recently got a laptop for school, maybe I’ll be able to completely build it by myself.
I used to have a yellow lab, named Lexie. Best dog ever. Nothing says love like a labrador. I’ll never have another dog like her, but one day I will get to experience this kind of love again.
I was visiting a friend in Maryland, and at midnight, we went to her friends and skinny dipped in her pool. Very awesome.
There were so many times I wanted to drop out, but like a soldier, I kept at it. I’m so glad I did. It’s a chapter in my life that I’m glad is closed, and I’m so happy I stuck with it to the end.
Kids, stay in school
I took a year off after I graduated high school to just work and get money for college. I was tired of teachers, books, school in general. I think I made the right choice, and I am going back in less than a couple of weeks. It’s been a nice year without school, but now it’s time to go back to the classroom.
I used to have really long hair, all the way to my waist. Quite by accident, it got cut to my shoulders. I like it how it is, it’s fun to play with, but I hope I can grow it back again.
I love love LOVE this city! I am very much a rain person, and it’s got EXCELLENT seafood! I will hopefully transfer here to the Art Institute and room with one of my best friends in a year or two.
I have so many ideas, it’s just tough getting them all in stories and getting it out there. My comic will be great though.
