Been on two, one for my honeymoon and one just recently.
Cruises are busy, but I think they’re the best way to see a bunch of different places within the comforts of “home”. If you don’t like a particular port, you’re not stuck there for a week. If you do like it, you can go back on the next vacation.
Luxury, fun, good food, good drink, good shows … Just pick the cruise that’s right for your travelers. Don’t pick a “senior’s cruise” if you’re young, and don’t pick the “party cruise” if you’re looking to be laid back.

Wonderful experience, but make sure, 100%, that you will not have any regrets. Don’t use marriage as the means to test a commitment or to test your fear of commitment.

A house is both the best personal and financial investment somebody can make. If you are planning on living somewhere for more than 5-10 years, paying a mortgage is better than paying rent. Your mortgage goes down, your property value (should) goes up.
Plus, you own all 4 walls.
