If you feel something is wrong-
for example people tried to pressure me into doing it, when I just felt I would fall on my face-keep doing it with a spot.
I kept doing it, and then the coach who was spotting me said “I didn’t touch you”. Just keep doing them, remember to sit back, and when it just comes to fear, go for it!
It will pay off—it took me 2 years, but I got it!
