It made me
happy, duuuh 
How I did it: After a long time I reached out and finally got help. My boyfriend was supportive and helped me through it all. I started seeing one psych, who referred me to another for a sleep test who then figured everything out, which was quite lovely. I quit the pills a bit early, but I'm still doing fine.
