No Car!

I've been in a rut...

I need to start taking care of myself and my environment again. It does make one feel better, but lately I have been depressed and just not seeing the point in the everyday details. That makes it harder to want to make improvements. Little steps I guess – clean out my car, clean out my apartment, get my hair cut, etc….
It’s the chicken and egg problem – do I take pride in myself because I am feeling good, or does taking pride in myself make me feel good? I will try to do an experiment, and see if I can improve my mood this way. Not very hopeful about it though, honestly.
