Sauna in the morning (aka the 12th &13th times) 3 years ago

Working out this morning left me quite refreshed. I also went to sauna and it was a very nice thing to do early in the morning. I’d like to do that everytime i’m in there but normally i don’t have time for that. Happily today i had.

I’m not entirely too happy about todays workout, as somehow i couldn’t do some of my excersises completely. Maybe it was because of being at the gym for the 13th time…

Yesterday i went to the gym 11th time. Friday i was too tired to wake up in the morning and besides i ended up going for a few beers on thursday evening (a thing i haven’t done for couple of months). At last i raised weights in the last excersises i haven’t done that yet. I hope next month will be as good as the last one and that i’ll get as much results. But propably the first month was the fastest one for results.

Additional problem 3 years ago

It seems that i never really have time to write the things i’m thinking of. As i do most of the thinking while working out or sitting in the bus writing the things up seems to be a real problem. Maybe i should try using a PDA in the bus. I’m not giving up on this yet.
