So far I can’t even lift myself up to the bar, much less past it. My goal is to get to where I can do 10 pull ups without breaking my arms or neck.

So I went out with my friend last Sunday so we could try to learn how to use clipless peddles. Unfortunately my bike had a flat so after just a few tries (and falls) I had to take my bike in to REI for some TLC. My friend was able to clip in and out without falling 25 times! yea! I’m thinking of getting a new bike that fits me better. The one I have is way too tall. Don’t think that helps….
So far I’m at 4900 in about 26 minutes. I row 6 days on with one day off and have been getting about 100 meters better each day. I’ve got an old Concept 2 rower (B) and it’s great – I love the way the wheel acts as a fan because this is HARD/HOT WORK.
