How I did it: My best friend and I went to a couple stores to find some tubing, a hard hat, valves and cup holders. We went to Home Depot, REI and Target for starters.Just buying stuff for one person was probably about $30, but I'm really glad I made it rather then buying one from Spencer's that's not very good quality.
