Over a year and still going... 17 months ago

I’m so happy to say that this is a goal that I have accomplished. I plan on keeping my hair natural. No perms at all. It amazing to see the difference, and it’s really worth it in the end. My hair is healthy and still growing. I came up with so many different styles to do and look foward to seeing it grow even more. If there is anyone else out there trying to grow their hair natural . i wish you the best of luck. Please know that it won’t be easy in the begining, but it gets easier as time goes by. Good Luck!!

Don't eat meat for 1 month (read all 5 entries…)

I’m so happy to say that I have finally completed this goal. I really did it!!!! This was well worth doing and one day in the future I might even consider doing it again. It has many benefits and I can definitely say that when you eat healthy you feel healthy. The one thing I did not realize was how expensive it can be to eat healthy. But this is worth doing!!!
