Are we there yet? 3 years ago

The last time I visited “home” was before my husband and I got together… over 14 years ago.

He’s not very good with air travel… but, we’re working on it! He’s built his ‘tolerance’ to 4 hour flights (he still does the “are we there yet?” every 20 mins…) but I think flights to Japan from Chicago is about 12 hours?

Still a long way to go… but we’ll get there!

Live My Life *On Purpose*
Live instead of exist... 3 years ago

Instead of a life filled with need-to’s and have-to’s, I think it’s about time I live my life on purpose.

It would be a good idea to first find out what my purpose is – don’t you think? And I’ll do this backwards. What do I want people to say about me at my funeral (as morbid as that sounds)? How do I want others to remember me? What achievements would I want others to remember me for? What difference would I like to have made in other people’s lives?

Once I find my answer, I will choose to live my life so that everything I do and think agrees with my ‘end.’
