Went to the UK BC Unconvention on Saurday July 2. Took a bag of books to release and returned with an even heavier bag! Next year I want to go for the whole weekend.

I have now cheered 100 goals, so I think I can safely say that ‘I’ve done this’.
I am sponsoring a 10 year old girl in Mozambique. As I had missed her birthday by a few days, have just sent off a belated birthday present.
Didn’t get to fly in one, but watched three helicopters take off at close range.
I’m using all my cheers every day. It’s great to encourage other people through cheering and I love getting cheered myself!
The pile is definitely disappearing with the help of the DVD player. I ironed whilst watching ‘Trauma’ and although the movie was most peculiar, Colin Firth was definitely a help!
I’m feeling quite virtuous having had breakfast every day for a week. Re-organising my morning routine has helped me make time to sit and have something to eat.
If it’s there I’ll drink it, so I’ve put a 500ml bottle by my bed, next to the computer, on my desk at work and in the fridge and that seems to be working.
I ironed for an hour last night after promising myself I could read a chapter of my book before and after.
Got off to a good start by taking part in the ‘Race for Life’ to raise money for Cancer Research. I walked 5k in 40 minutes and have raised over £100.
