ride my bike
Motivation 8 months ago

The trouble is about riding my bike is that if I think I need exercise I take my dogs out and never get fit with my bike. I really need to sort it out, oil chain, pump up tyres etc and instead of driving to see friends or go to the shop, I should go on my bike. I can’t ride with my dogs as there’s too much traffic. Any ideas!?

I’ll keep trying until I can do it…I was tempted Saturday night and I smoked a lot. I was drinnking so that didn’t help. Its the one thing in my life that really annoys me and that I want to change, so why is it so difficult. I’ve gone this week for 5 days. Wish me luck for Saturday…

starting yet again 8 months ago

I failed Saturday and Sunday. I was good Friday night and went our but didn’t drink, then it all went to pot Saturday night. It was my friends birthday and I bought some soft drinks and took them with me, but before I got there I had a drink. I only had about 3 glasses of cider, but it was something and I wanted to be strong, but I failed. I will try again this weekend. Its easy in the week. Don’t know really how to get over the triggers. Going out Saturday night into town. We’ll see…
