I started last september a diet precribed by a doctor in dietology, every food dosed precisely, I lost 7-8 kg in the first 3 months and other 3 kg up to now eating normally but less than before.
I don’t use to eat to much anymore, and don’t even feel the need to!!!
I’m quite proud of myself and all my frinds are enthusiast with the results^
I’m still not slim, but now I don’t feel too ashamed of showing up in shorts at the swimming pool or while playing soccer or else with friends.
The only sweet problem is that now a huge part of my wardrobe is too large for me^
But I can wear shirts and pants I could wear only when i was 17 years old:)
