1 year ago, I started drinking pop, my weight went from 165 up to 205
5 months ago, I stopped drinking pop and my weight went from 205 down to 160
Over the last month I started drinking pop again and my weight rose to 179. So here I am 179 pounds, and will be quitting pop and starting to workout in 14 days. Target 137lbs.

How I did it: The funny thing is that I did not do it on purpose. Where I am from many people where white, t-shirts so I started buying them wholesale, so that I could make a profit. I normally tip eveyone who does me a service(even the checkout guy) so to stop myself from doing that, I stopped shopping and now deligate that to my family. Saving about 25% of the money I would normally just give away. Its been about 30 days now so I guess I have saved about $150 in tips.
