People put a lot of focus on losing weight (used to too) but I think it’s healthier to focus on losing superfluous fat. This way leads to lean body mass, less obsessiveness, strength, happiness and less loose skin for those that must lose a lot. Not to mention sustainable changes that can be maintained for life, more important than the initial journey itself :) I myself have a long way to go, it may take over a year even. With my trusty kettlebells & shovelglove and a mostly sugar/starch free (no grains) diet I’m sure it’ll happen fairly effortlessly! Lots of veggies, fat, meat/fish with a little dairy, fruit and the occasional indulgence on special days. It’s all gravy baby…mmmm gravy
