How I did it: It took a while for my hair to normalize, I have hip length hair which is quite fine and a very oily scalp.I use baking soda water mix, 2 Tablespoons to approx 250ml water. Then follow up with an apple cider vinegar water mix, 3 Tablespoons to approx 250ml water -- I keep 2 squirty/condiment bottles in the shower for mixing and have it ready to go 2 or 3 times a week as needed. *to clarify, i do wash out the baking soda before addin… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Put the pork fat in a crockpot on low till it was in 2 layers, golden oil on the bottom, crispy bits on top... scooped out the crispy bits and strained the oil through cloth & strainer into a jar... easiest thing i've ever done, would love to try to make tallow next if the farm sells the suet. How I did it: Found gluten free sites & books, experimented! Tried different flours and mixes, some worked and others didn't I try to stick to natural items rather than stuff full of fillers and chemicals. Almond meal will become a staple! Read how I did it…

People put a lot of focus on losing weight (used to too) but I think it’s healthier to focus on losing superfluous fat. This way leads to lean body mass, less obsessiveness, strength, happiness and less loose skin for those that must lose a lot. Not to mention sustainable changes that can be maintained for life, more important than the initial journey itself :) I myself have a long way to go, it may take over a year even. With my trusty kettlebells & shovelglove and a mostly sugar/starch free (no grains) diet I’m sure it’ll happen fairly effortlessly! Lots of veggies, fat, meat/fish with a little dairy, fruit and the occasional indulgence on special days. It’s all gravy baby…mmmm gravy
