For over two weeks now I’ve done nothing.
I just got over the flu and now I just feel like a slug because I haven’t exercised in so long.
It’s an icky feeling.

How I did it: I routinely go to bed at 11pm and get up at 7am but while I was doing bootcamp I still went to bed at the same time but got up an hour and a half earlier. I actually had to stop bootcamp, due to back issues, so - by default - I am now getting more sleep! Read how I did it…

I just got over the flu and now I just feel like a slug because I haven’t exercised in so long.
It’s an icky feeling.
I’m the only parent on our street that watches while my kids are outside in the front of the house playing.
I just find this somewhat odd…especially since the kids are all so young.
1. Great strides are being made at swimming lessons. I’m very impressed with the instructors as well as my children’s performance.
2. Getting some simple errands done with minimal interference from the kids.
3. Rice Krispie squares made with the multigrain type of Rice Krispies…an attempt at making this treat somewhat healthy (ha ha)
4. A fantastic playdate at a friend’s house. Isn’t it great when your kids are friends with a family whose parents you can consider your friends as well!
5. Plans to watch some tv tonight and “veg out”...
