I’ve learnt to sail the one-man optimists in France and it was wonderful hearing the water rippling as I flew across the surface. I’m hopefully going to carry on and learn how to sail bigger boats so I can travel via the seas.
It’s just so nice to feel healthy overall! Sports are so good for all of these things – you keep fit, you stay focused on things and you can work off any bad feelings. And it’s always a good idea to carry on reviewing this goal as life changes.
