How I did it: Just keep involved with as many projects as you can, eventualy it will happen.In my case, I've done several short films and a feature, what I did is meet with people who were looking to make independent flicks no matter the resources and we ended up being an awesome team. Right on, I went to a bar with some friends of a friend, it was ok, I had a couple of interesting conversations.
I also went bowling on sunday with my boyfriend and his family, that was a lot of fun!
