Hubby is better, but I stopped practicing for now, until I can get my chronic pain issues under control. The axe is getting dusty, but I’ll pick up with it again soon.

How I did it: Since I do not like the taste of unfiltered tap water, I started buying bottled water to get me started. I also bought some low calorie water flavoring, that helps to improve your immune system. I made a simple goal of constantly having a water bottle within reach, and whenever I felt like eating, to drink water first. Some times I wasn't actually hungry, but thirsty. Having the water nearby at all times, made it easy, as I started to nat… Read how I did it…

SO… I actually lost weight, from 272 all the way down to 262. 10 lbs. all thanks to following the Weight Watcher plan. Unfortunately, we ran into financial problems, and I could no longer afford to eat so balanced. Carbs are cheap and keep the family going. Recently we’ve received some help with the grocery situation, so I’m back at it again. In the mean time I had ballooned up to 277, and then lost weight down to 272 again. I’m not giving in!
