These creditors won’t shackle me for much longer!

And do you know that Dell went and increased my credit limit? Ha! You won’t tempt me!

Financial Jezebels.

keep a cleaner house
Cleanliness is next to... 2 years ago

impossible! Or that’s what I thought. It actually took the threat of my landlord coming with the exterminators to make me give my apartment a complete overhaul. Thankfully, we don’t get many bugs up here (mostly silverfish and spiders in October), but I knew that I wanted to go green (yay me!) and not have anyone spraying nasty chemicals all around. I’ve been using natural products to clean (white vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, borax, olive oil [for the wood] and hydrogen peroxide), and a dusting of boric acid on the windowsills and baseboards, and I’ve never been happier. I like the fact that I don’t have to keep the windows open all day and night to ventilate the house after a bit of cleaning.

My major clutter was with old periodicals and other paperwork. I threw out about 10 bags of garbage that were filled with shredded paper, maybe more. I was thinking that I could maybe use some of the shredded paper and recycle that, but I read that silverfish eat paper and book bindings (amongst other things, little critters), so out it went. I also gave this church in Brooklyn a ring so they could pick up some clothes and shoes I no longer fit/hate.

God, I feel so free now.

stop eating sugar
Why does it have to be this way? 3 years ago

Damn you, sugar! Oh, how I’ve detoxed from you. You are a demon to be exorcised! You induce hyperactivity and tooth decay and acne. You are a bleached, overprocessed monster, and I want to be rid of you forever!

THE POWER OF STEVIA REPELS YOU!
