How I did it: I followed the lead of others and was inspired and motivated by their success. On recommendation, I read Allen Carr's 'Easyway To Stop Smoking' and from there it actually came pretty easy.I also had massive support from the wonderful people here on 43T, without whom it may well not have been quite so straightforward. How I did it: I did pretty much what you'd expect from the title. It's a very sad situation and bedhead seems lovely, so it's easy to send good thoughts and love... and I'm going to carry on doing it.((((bedhead))))x Read how I did it…

I just delivered cheer No. 4000 and I found it rather pleasing :-)
I also like the 450 cheer difference between ‘given’ and ‘received’, in favour of ‘given’! I’m having a little competition with myself to see how wide I can get the gap ;D

Well, I don’t know what ‘other stuff’ might be, but I would hate to miss out on something gorgeous or funny or cheerful or touching, just because I hadn’t left a space for it ;P
