How I did it: I enrolled in a free two day course at The Coaching Academy. Look it up online. I attended the course - some of it was useful and some of it was really dry. Its not something I intend to persue, but at least I tried it! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I moved in with someone who had a cat but clearly didn't look after him properly. She moved out and wasn't sure what she wanted to do with him. She was going to give him to a rescue home. I said no way! I love him and will keep him. My Peter is gorgeous - all black and with so much character! I couldnt do it, the sensible option seemed to be to break up. I’ve been single for six months and still love it. Yay for me! And yay for him, he doesn’t have to hear me screeching any more.
I haven’t had a cigarette for three weeks tomorrow. Before that I hadn’t had one for two weeks. I feel pretty strong but we’ll see what happens. I’m not ticking off this goal until I haven’t smoked for 4 months, that’s my milestone.
