Isn’t this pretty much the ultimate life goal? In a world where more people are obese than starving?
We with our computers and lattes and effortless entertainment are dying from first-world diseases; obesity, diabetes, cancer, mental-health illnesses, ect… Exercising regularly is half the answer (along with diet) to most of the problems we face. Happiness, health, whatever. It’s one of those things we all know we should do, but don’t. Not enough.
