‘cause I’ll get a fucking heart attack eventually if I don’t.

I just read parts of other entries, and it’s nice to see that there’s plenty of people I can relate to on this. I have to do something right away. I will probably get a heart attack or worse if I don’t.

Stress is a big problem for me too.
