It works to use paperclips to know where you were. Normally I was used to put a paper between the pages, but they alwas fell out..paperclips won’t. Every time I read, I replace it.

run a half marathon (read all 4 entries…)
10 km walk 4 days ago

Yesterday I ran a 10 km ran, it wasn’t very hard because I wasn’t very quick.

On saturday is my first half marathon…I will not be quick, but I am sure it will be fine. Have some pasta on the days before and a short run.

Actually I would like to run 10km/h av. speed, but thats to hard I think. You never know, maybe I will have more energy because of being nervous :D some adrenaline..
