I finally got my lip pierced

Man… i remember signing up for 43things a while ago, and picking this as my number one goal.
Well, yesterday, my sister wanted to go to the mall, and i just went cuz i didnt have anything better to do. We walked around, and went past the place where she got her belly button pierced. She said ” you should get your lip done” and i was all like – mom and dad will kill me.
see, im 19 – almost 20, but i still live with the parents over summer, and i know they wouldnt want me getting it done.
but my sister was like… you need to rebel. and all my friends have been saying it too. its like i missed the rebelious stage and just went into adulthood.
so out of the blue- i got it done.
no bleeding, hardly any pain, and it looks great. I got a hoop instead of a stud, and i love it.
Advice: if you really wanna do it- do it. its not painful, and it looks great. use listerine alot to prevent infection, and dont play with it too much, and dont touch it with your hands! :) that is all my friends. good luck!

Writing a song is one of the most amazing feelings in the world for me. It is like a rush when it is completed. I have several songs that i have written, and i love them all. With time, new songs only get better, and you learn from the past songs.
