I plan on running a half in December of this year. So I have plenty of time. Right now I’m training up for an 8k. Then a 10K. Then I will start looking at a training schedule just for the half.
I’m excited to get there.

How I did it: When I took up running I really started drinking a lot more water. When I don't drink enough I really feel it. I can feel myself getting dehydrated. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I moved somewhere where they are in need of teachers. Went to a job fair, set up interviews and finally got offered a position! I substituted before, I work as an assistant. It's really about getting out there and talking. And being somewhere where they actually need teachers. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I've actually lost more than 10lbs.I'm amazed I managed to take control and actually get it done.I watched my portion sizes when I eat. I always eat breakfast. I eat better-though I still give in to cravings. I drink water. I get out there and exercise. Read how I did it…

I am down to 147 lbs. I started out at 171 lbs. I am so happy about the progress I made. I am finally in a healthy weight for me.
I still want to lose a few more pounds. I’m just so excited about my new self.
My songs are a mess. Half don’t have titles, artist or albums. I have a lot of random stuff I don’t want due to me just downloading all the songs we had in our hard drive into itunes. So I have quite a task before me. I don’t have much attention span for just sitting there either and going through everything. Oh well, one day!
