I have been chubby probably my entire life…
I think I have gained 10 kilo during my college years and it’s starting to get to the point were I’m on the edge of being obese (according to the BMI). I have been wanting to lose weight for 7 years, and truly attemtping to lose it since the last 2 years. So far, I keep collapsing back to my bad (emotional) eating habit. The fact I also dislike exercising is not helping….
This has to change. It’s not a matter of liking or disliking, but about my health. And I want to feel healthy, strong, (slimmer :P) and happy _
My goal is to lose 14 kilos in one year.
